Abstract:
In recent years there have been increasingly frequent extreme
weather: frost, prolonged drought , heavy rains during flowering, which
have an adverse impact on the vine. Recorded heavy rainfall in May and
June of 2013, more than double compared to normal values during
flowering and heavy rainfall and a climate cool in September, helped
decrease the quantity and quality. This paper presents the values of climatic
factors and their impact on the quality of grapes and wines from varieties
Aligoté and Fetească regală cultivated in Iasi - Copou viticultural center
